1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of our nut butters, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.
  • Proof of issue (photo of the product and packaging) must be submitted via email to info@nutchio.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that were ordered by mistake, personal taste preferences, or if the product was stored improperly after delivery.
  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package was lost, we cannot issue a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email info@nutchio.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For replacements, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the product.
